Our Practice
We focus our practice on issues involving:
- Tax and business law — We provide counsel to businesses and business owners, helping you take the right steps to set up a new commercial enterprise. We will help you establish a partnership, limited liability company or corporation, and will prepare and file all necessary documents such as articles of incorporation or organization, and by-laws. We will also prepare minutes. Further, if appropriate, we'll prepare employment contracts and by-sell agreements. We will also negotiate, review and draft business contracts. With an advanced degree in taxation, attorney Finke can also advise you regarding a wide range of tax concerns.
- Estate planning — We will help you understand your options regarding ways to ensure the orderly distribution of assets in the event of your death. We can prepare a revocable or irrevocable trust, a living or testamentary trust, or any other special needs trust, so that you can avoid the time and expense of probate.
